My name is Stefanos Makariadis and I work as a mathematician at Secondary education in Greece. However, during the years of my career, I have managed to extend my academic presence by pursuing the research of mathematics. The first step to achieving this goal was materialized with the completion of my masters degree, which introduced me to new research subjects. The continuation of my scientific journey saw me focus on the those new subjects and the pursuit of a doctorate centered around them. As a result, I published multiple original research papers to international journals and acquired my Ph.D at Mathematics at the Democritus University of Thrace. Furthermore, it is important to mention that the research direction, that all my findings revolved around is the study of fuzzy conjunctions and their applications to Artificial Intelligence. Finally, my will to further build upon my previous research activities, lead me to become a post-doctoral researcher, a choice that I hope will allow me to continue exploring the world of mathematics for the rest of my career.
